Single jacketed gaskets are ingeniously designed with a single surface, completely enveloped by a metal jacket that covers both the OD and ID. Perfectly suited for narrow flange widths, they shine in low pressure valve and pump applications.
Double jacketed gaskets are a marvel of engineering, featuring a two-piece metal jacket that fully encapsulates the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. They are the go-to choice for heat exchanger applications, excelling in corrosive and high-temperature environments.
Internal ribs, or pass partition bars, are seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring that the primary seal remains steadfast and uncompromised in all configurations.

Gaskets with straightforward designs are ideal for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal combustion machines. Those with intricate shapes excel in the flange covers of heat exchangers and similar niche applications. Generally, these versatile and reliable gaskets span a width of 10-25 MM and a thickness of 2MM-8MM, capable of withstanding maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa.
Our jackets are crafted from a stellar selection of high-quality materials including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and various other elite metals.
The filler options are comprehensive, featuring expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials, ensuring you find the perfect match for your application.
The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely set at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring standards that are nothing short of exacting.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, requiring the use of Class 600 instead;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, necessitating the use of Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
