Typically, these versatile gaskets range between 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness. They withstand pressures of 6-10Mpa, showcasing reliability in diverse applications.

We maintain an exacting gasket thickness tolerance at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring our products meet the most demanding standards.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are strictly controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are not available, prompting the use of Class 600;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, necessitating utilization of Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
